Senior Apartments Across Wisconsin and Illinois
Bear Property Management manages senior apartment communities across southeastern and south-central Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Each community has an age requirement, either 55+ or 62+, so you can see who is eligible before you plan a visit.
Find a Senior Apartment by City
Choose a city to see the senior communities we manage in that area. Each listing shows whether the community is 55+ or 62+.
What's the Difference Between 55+ and 62+ Apartments?
Both are age-restricted housing permitted under the federal Fair Housing Act through an exemption known as the Housing for Older Persons Act. The main difference is who can live in each home.
Policies on household members can differ from one community to the next. Our leasing team can confirm the age and occupancy rules for any of our communities before you apply.
